Definitions of some Kinesiology
Systems
Below are the new Internationally accepted definitions of Kinesiology as
determined at the Vision Circle 2000 invitational meeting in January 2000.
The attendees were 30 of the world’s most known and active
Kinesiologists. It was Dr. Scott’s work and suggestions which led to
the inclusion of “bioenergetic model” as part of the definition.
(Official professional definition) Kinesiology is an
educational bioenergetic model using muscle testing / monitoring as a primary
tool to obtain feedback from the whole being’s innate wisdom to allow
self regulation for their highest good.
(Official popular
definition) Kinesiology is a non-invasive method using muscle feedback and
body awareness that can help you reduce stress and pain, improve performance
at school, at work, at home, in sports, in relationships, and promotes health
and well being.

physical therapy, physical education, dance, medicine, etc.)
Health
Kinesiology™
The origin and basis for Dynamic BioEnergetics and Applied

its beginnings Health Kinesiology™ has utilized and developed concepts
which span the range of bioenergetics and holistic health.
Unified
BioEnergetics™

others. Included also are the aspects of physics, biochemistry, biology, and
other related disciplines.
Applied

A Bioenergetic Model using muscle testing as a primary
tool to obtain information from the organism and the tools which utilize this
information for promotion of self regulation and optimum functioning. This
term is reserved for Professional Practitioners. Applied BioEnergetics
technology utilizes and integrates many of the concepts included in Unified
BioEnergetics and developed through Health Kinesiology™.
Dynamic
BioEnergetics™
This is the designation for those aspects of Applied
BioEnergetics™ which may be used by the general public, students of
