You then will be given full details about how to connect to the Seminar. There
will be a USA local number you can call.

Why not a Toll Free number? Cost. It generally costs about US$.10
/ minute for a toll free number for conference calling. That
would add about US$9 to $12 per Seminar to the costs, requiring
a significant increase in fees. Most people pay much less with
their own telephone long distance service, so it saves everyone
money. With the Skype™ service calling card most calls
are now about US$ .022 (2.2 cents) per minute, from most countries,
a very large savings.
